ytd was the exhibition held by the company.
0ver at DBS building at shenton way.
target group are the property agents.

and guess what? the sales was not good
why? for me, i tink it's not necessary
for the property agent to take courses
because all they need is a mouth that
know how to close a deal.
who would actually based on your educational level
and look for you to assist them
in selling off their house?
practical? time is precious for them.
are they willing to take out some time
for studying? i dun tink so.
so.. mayb that's explain the outcome.

overslept for the past 2 days.
lucky that i reached on time.
hee. but cannot always overslept lahx.
not good. =/

this morning. overslept again. tsk tsk
working at 9. but i reached at around 9.10.
nvm lahx. today also nothin to do.
waste my time only. haix

all people who always jay walk in bugis area
must take note.
this morning i saw one traffic police
yes. early in the morning
caught ppl for crossing the road
when the "green" man was not light up
she issued warning or fine so on.
there's an auntie, also caught for jay walking
i dunno what they said.
but she cried.
mayb dued to some $$ problems
hoping that the traffic police dun fine her
the traffic police seems to pity her
dunno did she issue her any warning letter or fine
or mayb just a verbal warning.
cuz i can't possibly stand there and see right.

the govt is concern of our welfare
they dun wanna us to get into trouble
when they are trying means and ways to prevent it
from happening le.

i dun deny i do jay walk sometimes
but only happen when there is low traffic
or no cars.
anyway, just to tell you all to be careful
all right. i'm bored
working tonight and tml morning
